Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,086 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELENOW, KCNA1, and KCNMB4. Each is linked with PSD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD-to-partner and partner-to-PSD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSD versus SELENOW in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
