Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCCIP, SUPV3L1, and HAUS1. Each is linked with PSD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD-to-partner and partner-to-PSD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCCIP grouped by PSD-low versus PSD-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
