Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, eIF4E, and JNK2. Each is linked with PSD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD-to-partner and partner-to-PSD results are reported.
