Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,295 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, tRNA transcription, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with PSD in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD-to-partner and partner-to-PSD results are reported.
