PSD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 950 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR63, CPO, and GLOD4. Each is linked with PSD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD-to-partner and partner-to-PSD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR63 grouped by PSD-low versus PSD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
