Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSAT1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSAT1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher PSAT1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSAT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CCRCC, GBM, and LUAD are the cancer types where PSAT1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
