Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,498 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPOT, IARS1, and AARS1. Each is linked with PSAT1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSAT1-to-partner and partner-to-PSAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1 versus XPOT in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
