Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,113 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHGDH, FCGRT, and GPT2. Each is linked with PSAT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSAT1-to-partner and partner-to-PSAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1 versus PHGDH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
