Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 923 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP286, CDY3P, and RNA5SP417. Each is linked with PSAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSAT1-to-partner and partner-to-PSAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP286 grouped by PSAT1-low versus PSAT1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
