Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSAPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,715 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSAPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORCS2, ALDH2, and ADAP1. Each is linked with PSAPL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSAPL1-to-partner and partner-to-PSAPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSAPL1 versus SORCS2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSAPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSAPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
