Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSAPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 539 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSAPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RARRES2, KHDRBS2, and SOHLH2. Each is linked with PSAPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSAPL1-to-partner and partner-to-PSAPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSAPL1 versus RARRES2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSAPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSAPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
