Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSAPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSAPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with PSAPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSAPL1-to-partner and partner-to-PSAPL1 results are reported.
