Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSAPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 287 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSAPL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA stabilization, Adenylate cyclase-modulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, and Astral microtubule organization. Each is linked with PSAPL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSAPL1-to-partner and partner-to-PSAPL1 results are reported.
