PSAPL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSAPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 306 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSAPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSCB, CNIH1, and CCDC113. Each is linked with PSAPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSAPL1-to-partner and partner-to-PSAPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSCB grouped by PSAPL1-low versus PSAPL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSAPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSAPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
