Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSAP mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSAP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PSAP mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSAP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where PSAP mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
