PSAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,682 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAL, ITGB2, and LCP1. Each is linked with PSAP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSAP-to-partner and partner-to-PSAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
