Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST8SIA2, CLDN8, and CRYAA. Each is linked with PSAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSAP-to-partner and partner-to-PSAP results are reported.
