Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRYP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRYP2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PRYP2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRYP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
BLCA, CESC, and LUAD are the cancer types where PRYP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
