Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 385 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHROOM3, SCN1A, and CACNA1I. Each is linked with PRY2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRY2-to-partner and partner-to-PRY2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHROOM3 grouped by PRY2-low versus PRY2-high in LGG.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
