Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRXL2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,625 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRXL2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSN, PPM1F, and RSU1. Each is linked with PRXL2C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRXL2C-to-partner and partner-to-PRXL2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRXL2C versus MSN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRXL2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRXL2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
