Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRXL2C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,714 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRXL2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHISA3, FHL5, and PCOLCE2. Each is linked with PRXL2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRXL2C-to-partner and partner-to-PRXL2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRXL2C versus SHISA3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRXL2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRXL2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
