Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRXL2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,494 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRXL2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are PML body organization, Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization, and Cytotoxic T cell degranulation. Each is linked with PRXL2C in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRXL2C-to-partner and partner-to-PRXL2C results are reported.
