PRXL2AP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRXL2AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,483 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRXL2AP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ESRP2, KANK2_S323, and NCL_S563. Each is linked with PRXL2AP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRXL2AP2-to-partner and partner-to-PRXL2AP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRXL2AP2 versus ESRP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRXL2AP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRXL2AP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
