PRUNE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRUNE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,037 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRUNE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRUNE2_S1842, PRUNE2_S699, and PRUNE2_S918. Each is linked with PRUNE2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRUNE2-to-partner and partner-to-PRUNE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRUNE2 versus PRUNE2_S1842 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRUNE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRUNE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
