PRUNE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRUNE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,757 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRUNE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF662, SLC19A3, and EME1. Each is linked with PRUNE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRUNE2-to-partner and partner-to-PRUNE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF662 grouped by PRUNE2-low versus PRUNE2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRUNE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRUNE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
