PRUNE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRUNE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 690 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRUNE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLD6, SSX2IP, and CMTM5. Each is linked with PRUNE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRUNE2-to-partner and partner-to-PRUNE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLD6 grouped by PRUNE2-low versus PRUNE2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRUNE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRUNE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
