PRUNE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRUNE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,499 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRUNE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TARS2, GOLPH3L, and UBAP2L. Each is linked with PRUNE1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRUNE1-to-partner and partner-to-PRUNE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRUNE1 versus TARS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRUNE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRUNE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
