Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRUNE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRUNE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Notch1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with PRUNE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRUNE1-to-partner and partner-to-PRUNE1 results are reported.
