Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRUNE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,349 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRUNE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance, Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, and mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with PRUNE1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRUNE1-to-partner and partner-to-PRUNE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance grouped by PRUNE1-low versus PRUNE1-high in STOMACH.
