Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRTN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,774 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE3, FCGR3B, and CXCL1. Each is linked with PRTN3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRTN3-to-partner and partner-to-PRTN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
