PRTFDC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRTFDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,589 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRTFDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1_S576, ARHGAP21, and MSH6. Each is linked with PRTFDC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRTFDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PRTFDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRTFDC1 versus MTA1_S576 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRTFDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRTFDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
