Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRTFDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,739 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRTFDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP21, PARD3, and THNSL1. Each is linked with PRTFDC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRTFDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PRTFDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRTFDC1 versus ARHGAP21 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRTFDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRTFDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
