Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRTFDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRTFDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Ku80. Each is linked with PRTFDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRTFDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PRTFDC1 results are reported.
