Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRSS57 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRSS57 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher PRSS57 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRSS57 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG, READ, and LIHC are the cancer types where PRSS57 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
