PRSS57

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS57 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,948 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS57-associated genes across cancer lineages are FPR2, MEFV, and CSF3R. Each is linked with PRSS57 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS57-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS57→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
