PRSS53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,720 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS53-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HID1, PLOD2, and SEC23B. Each is linked with PRSS53 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS53-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS53 versus HID1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS53→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
