Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 946 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with PRSS50 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS50-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS50 results are reported.
