PRSS41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS41-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP17, RN7SL478P, and OR2T34. Each is linked with PRSS41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS41-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS41→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
