PRSS3P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS3P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,136 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS3P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX18P7, CYP4F26P, and ANKRD18B. Each is linked with PRSS3P4 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS3P4-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS3P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS3P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS3P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
