PRSS3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,315 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP4, NCKAP1L, and ARHGAP30. Each is linked with PRSS3P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS3P1-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS3P1 versus GBP4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.18.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
