Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,536 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRSS36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP4, MSR1, and S100A4. Each is linked with PRSS36 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS36-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS36 versus ARHGAP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS36→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
