PRSS36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,009 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS36-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A33, WDR89, and RNU4-28P. Each is linked with PRSS36 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS36-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A33 grouped by PRSS36-low versus PRSS36-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS36→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
