The most reproducible PRSS36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lysosomal lumen acidification, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Positive regulation of protein localization to cell periphery. Each is linked with PRSS36 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS36-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS36 results are reported.
