Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS36-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYT10, PRAMEF1, and EDDM3B. Each is linked with PRSS36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS36-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS36 results are reported.
