PRSS30P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS30P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,907 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS30P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH2B1, VILL, and ANKS3. Each is linked with PRSS30P in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS30P-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS30P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS30P versus SH2B1 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS30P→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS30P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
