PRSS30P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS30P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,054 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS30P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability, Negative regulation of kinase activity, and Protein transmembrane transport. Each is linked with PRSS30P in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS30P-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS30P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability grouped by PRSS30P-low versus PRSS30P-high in HNSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS30P→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS30P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
