PRSS30P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS30P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS30P-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR98, RNU1-68P, and MIR8055. Each is linked with PRSS30P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS30P-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS30P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR98 grouped by PRSS30P-low versus PRSS30P-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS30P→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS30P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
