Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRSS3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRSS3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PRSS3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRSS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, STAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where PRSS3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
