PRSS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,165 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS8_T130, ZYX_S143, and ZDHHC5_S621. Each is linked with PRSS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS3-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS3 versus RPS8_T130 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
