PRSS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L6, SLC9C2, and PRSS1. Each is linked with PRSS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS3-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRNR2L6 grouped by PRSS3-low versus PRSS3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
